These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Arvelo platform operated by Arvelo ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Arvelo is an AI-powered marketing intelligence platform. You provide a website URL and business context, and our system analyzes publicly available data — including competitor websites, ad libraries, and market signals — to generate a tailored marketing strategy report.

2. Account Registration

To save and access reports, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Submit URLs of websites you do not have authorization to analyze, where such authorization is required by law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or other security measures
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated reports without our written consent
• Use automated means to access the service beyond what we explicitly permit

4. AI-Generated Content

Strategy reports are generated by artificial intelligence and should be treated as informational guidance, not professional marketing, legal, or financial advice. Key points:

• No guarantees — We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of any AI-generated strategy or recommendation
• Your responsibility — You are solely responsible for evaluating and implementing any recommendations from your reports
• Market conditions change — Reports reflect data available at the time of generation and may become outdated

5. Intellectual Property

The Arvelo platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any business information you provide. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use generated reports for your own business purposes.

6. Public Sharing

You may choose to make a report publicly accessible via a unique link. When you enable public sharing:

• Anyone with the link can view the full report without authentication
• You are responsible for the content you choose to share publicly
• You can disable public access at any time, though cached versions may persist temporarily

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of Arvelo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arvelo and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arvelo from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
